  • Make sure that you have a comfortable bed. There are so many different varieties of mattresses and toppers that suit different needs. For example, if you always complain of back pain, then medium-firm memory foam mattresses is said to be the ideal choice for you. Do your research and you will surely find something that perfect for your need and budget.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks hours before sleeping. Aside from coffee, you should also stay away from sodas and the likes. It is not also wise to consume chocolates.
  • Do not eat and drink too much before bedtime. If you eat a large meal before retiring to bed, the body will stay up longer to digest your food. Because of this, you will also have a hard time falling asleep. If you drink too much, the tendency is that you will have many bathroom breaks all throughout the night.
